본『한반도 기후환경 변화에 따른 건강위험대응기술 개발사업 기획과제 특허분석』은 기후 변화에 따라 발생하는 다양한 질병위험관련 대응기술에 대한 국내외 특허 분석을 통하여 향후 한반도 기후환경 변화에 따라 발생할 수 있는 위험질병에 대한 국가적인 투자 방향을 점검하고 동시에 전략적이고 내실 있는 연구기획이 가능하도록 보건복지부의 요청에 의해 특허청이 발주하고 R&D특허센터가 주관하는 사업임
분석 목적
최근 들어 지구 온난화 현상에 따른 기후환경(기온, 강수량 날씨패턴)의 변화는, 매개체 및 병원체의 활동에 의한 영향, 수인성 및 식품매개질환의 생태 변화, 농작물 생산량 변화, 대기오염 악화,알레르겐 확산, 오존층 감소 등을 야기하고 있으며, 이에 따라 말라리아 등의 매개체질환, 수인성 및 식품매개질환, 소아성장장애,전염병, 신경계 장애, 천식 및 알레르기 질환, 호흡기 질환 등이 증가하고 있고, 폭염 및 기상재해의 직접적인 영향으로 인한 사망률도 증가하고 있는 것으로 보고되고 있음
한반도 역시 최근 아열대 기후로의 급격한 변화에 따라 종래 발생하지 않았던 질병의 발생 빈도가 높아지고 있는 상황임. 이에 한반도에서의 기후변화에 따라 발생할 수 있는 다양한 질병위험에 대하여 예측하고 그에 대한 대응기술을 확보할 수 있도록 국가적인 차원의 연구개발의 필요성이 대두되고 있음
본 특허동향조사 보고서는 기후환경 변화에 따른 건강위험에 대한 대응기술, 구체적으로 기후환경변화에 따라 발병률이 높아지고 있는 매개인자성질환, 피부질환, 호흡기질환, 심혈관계질환, 식인성/수인성질환, 열관련질환, 영양부족관련질환, 정신질환, 신경질환,인수공통질환에 대한 치료, 예방/방제, 진단, 경보 등의 대응기술과 관련한 국내외 특허동향을 분석함으로써, 향후 한반도에서 발생할 수 있는 질병위험에 대해 예측하고 우리나라의 기술 수준,선진국의 연구개발 동향 및 핵심특허 현황 등을 파악하여 본 기획과제 수행을 위한 객관적인 특허정보를 제공하기 위한 것임
